Introduction

• This equipment verifies cell defect and activates element after T-aging current is delivered to pad with RGB element stacked.
• It transfers the cell to the pallet through the transfer device after the primary camera alignment. Using pallet unit, the aging is carried out and the failure is determined after turning on.

Main Components

• Cell Loading Unit : Material supply and MCR reading
• Pallet Unit : Device for loading cell into pallet
• Aging Chamber Unit : Device for aging cell loaded onto pallet
• Cell Un-loading Unit : Loads cell completed aging into the tray port
